Mpumalanga Education on interim relief granted to CEFUPS Academy

The Mpumalanga Department of Education has noted the outcome of the North Gauteng High Court that granted CEFUPS Academy an interim relief not to close on 1 January 2015 until their application for a review is heard and adjudicated to in 2015.

The department was opposed to the idea however it will abide by the Court decision. The view of the department is that the matter still remains subjudice.
