The Minister of Defence and Military Veterans, Ms Lindiwe Sisulu extends her sincerest condolences to the Angolan government and its defence force after a military aircraft accident.
The Minister expresses shock and sympathy following a tragedy that befell the Angolan Defence Force when two military aircrafts crashed in one day and claimed senior and junior military officers lives.
The Minister extends condolences on behalf of the Commander-in-Chief of the South African National Defence Force (SANDF), President Jacob Zuma and the people of South Africa. The Acting Chief of the SANDF, Vice Admiral Refiloe Johannes Mudimu has been in touch with the Angolan Defence Force and any assistance requested would be offered.
