The matter relating to the National Director of Public Prosecution (NDPP), Adv. Mxolisi Nxasana, which has been widely reported in the media, has been brought to the attention of the Minister of Justice and Correctional Services, Adv. Michael Masutha, and he is currently familiarising himself with the facts.
Once he has established all the facts, he will then determine the process to be followed in addressing the matter.
