Minister Lynne Brown conveys condolences on passing of Eskom’s Kusile Plant employee

I wish to express my deepest sympathies to the family and friends of the deceased following an accident at Eskom’s Kusile Plant in Mpumalanga.

I wish the injured a speedy recovery. I have asked Eskom to investigate the matter fully and provide me with a report.

Safety remains a priority at all sites and Eskom must ensure that contractors adhere to the stringent safety guidelines.
