Minister Joemat-Pettersson congratulates Minister Dlamini Zuma

The Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Ms Tina Joemat-Pettersson wishes to congratulate the newly appointed and first female to head the African Union Commission, Minister Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma.
