The Minister of Public Enterprises, Mr Malusi Gigaba wishes to express his sincere and profound condolences to the families of the six workers who died during an incident that occurred at the Eskom’s Ingula Pumped Storage construction site near Ladysmith today.
The Minister is saddened by this incident as a loss of one life, is one too many. Minister Gigaba sends his sympathy and well wishes to the injured and calls on Eskom to leave no stone unturned to get to the cause of the incident and to ensure that any such possible accidents in future are averted.
