Minister of Communications Faith Muthambi has welcomed the ruling of North Gauteng High Court on set top-top- boxes (STBs).
The court has affirmed the amendments to the Broadcasting Digital Migration policy that was gazetted on the 18th of March 2015 was in the best interest of the public.
Minister of Communications Faith Muthambi, says, “the ruling by the North Gauteng High Court will now allow the digital migration process to progress and be concluded as soon as possible so that the benefits can be realised”.
