The President of the Federative Republic of Brazil, President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva will arrive in South Africa for a state visit on Thursday, 8 July, at the Waterkloof air force Base, Pretoria, at the invitation of the President of the Republic of South Africa, President Jacob Zuma.
