It is with great enthusiasm as the Department of Sport, Arts and Culture, North West province that we unleash our plan of August month 2011 to our citizenry as well as nationally.
Our quest is to forge continued support and inform the electorate about programmes and importance of our mandate as a department. As a matter of fact we also would like to display synergy with regards rolling out our programmes in conjunction with national and local spheres of governance and service delivery.
