North West MEC for Cooperative Governance, Human Settlements and Traditional Affairs, Nono Maloyi has expressed shock over the passing of the Parliamentary Liaison Officer in his office, Caesar Mogatusi.
Mogatusi met his untimely death on Wednesday morning, 18 January 2023, on his way to work. He was involved in a fatal accident between Delareyville and Lichtenburg. He joined the department in December last year.
“It is indeed a great loss for the department as we still expected a lot from him, given his experience in local government as a former Mayor of Tswaing local municipality. The department will remember him as a dedicated and committed staff member, an experience he showed in a short period of time”, said MEC Maloyi.
MEC Nono Maloyi sends his deepest condolences to Mogatusi’s family, his fellow staff members, friends and relatives.
