MEC Vadi sends condolences to families of Malibongwe Drive collision victims
Gauteng MEC for Roads and Transport Dr Ismail Vadi has expressed his heartfelt condolences to the families of three people who lost their loved ones during a fatal road collision that took place on Malibongwe Drive in Randburg this morning.
It has been reported that three people sustained fatal injuries and were declared dead on the scene, whilst 15 others were injured, three critically, when two trucks collided on Malibongwe Drive.
The injured were rushed to various hospitals for medical attention.
“We would like to express our heartfelt condolences to the families of the deceased and wish those injured a speedy recovery" MEC Ismail Vadi said.
“The details surrounding the incident are not yet known. Law enforcement authorities will conduct a full investigation into the collision” concluded the MEC.
