The Northern Cape Health MEC, Mr Mxolisi Sokatsha, would like to inform the people of Roodepan (Kimberley), Carnarvon and Colesberg on his upcoming planned visits and Ministerial Health campaigns in these respective communities starting from 29 August 2011.
This campaign is the vehicle used by the honourable MEC to ensure essential health services are delivered freely to the people of the Northern Cape and in walking distance from their homes.

Furthermore, the MEC will through community dialogue, inform community members about the health department’s plans, programmes, projects and challenges as well as creating the platform for community members to raise health service delivery challenges being faced by them in their respective communities.
The free health services to be provided will be oral and eye clinics, male and female condom distribution, TB screening, HIV counselling and Testing, Sugar level testing, blood pressure testing.
We call upon the communities of Roodepan-Multi-Purpose Centre (29 August at 09h00), Carnarvon: SASSA Hall (30 August at 09h00), Colesberg-Kuyasa Hall (01 September at 09h00) to support the campaign and access the services to be rendered to ensure we build healthy communities.
