Submission for outstanding payments - A call to all educators
On the 27th October 2015, the department of education issued a circular to all the districts to submit full details of all educators awaiting their payments. These include temporary teachers and those who are in retirement. The call includes educators within and those that exited the system.
All submissions are directed to the office of the Acting Head of Department on or before the 13 November 2015. All educators are encouraged to submit to Head Office before or on supra mentioned date. The intention of this call is to facilitate speedy payments of outstanding payments to educators. This is part of MEC Ishmael Kgetjepe’s intervention to spruce service delivery systems of the department.
Information to be submitted includes:
- Name(s) and surname
- Persal number
- Name of school
- Name of circuit
- Name of district and district
- Date of appointment
- Date of termination of work (If applicable)
