The North West Provincial Government has noted that the application for an urgent interdict on construction of P34/2 Koster-Lichtenburg road brought by Globul Roads Pty Ltd was struck off the roll in the North West High Court in Mmabatho on Tuesday.
The application for the interdict was struck off the roll by Judge Gutta on reasons that the matter was not urgent.
Part B of the application which deals with the review of the tender award will be heard at the same court on a date still to be determined.
