The Portfolio Committee on Justice and Constitutional Development is inviting all stakeholders and interested persons to make written submissions on the budget of the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development.
The Committee will be reviewing the Strategic Plans and Budget of the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development, National Prosecuting Authority, Special Investigating Authority, Public Protector of South Africa, South African Human Rights Commission and Legal Aid South Africa. The review will take place between 16 April and 2 May 2013.
Submissions must be received no later than 13 April 2013. Please also indicate your interest in making a verbal presentation. Public hearings will be held with selected individuals and organisations in Parliament on 16 April 2013.
