Acting President Kgalema Motlanthe has designated the funeral of Judge Herbert Msimang as special provincial official funeral.
The Acting President has accordingly authorised that the national flag be flown at half-mast at every flag station in the KwaZulu-Natal province on the day of the funeral, Saturday, 16 April 2011.
