The Independent Complaints Directorate (ICD) wishes to confirm that it is investigating the shooting of Mr S'fiso Mzulwini, a gospel singer from KwaZulu-Natal. At this stage, there will be no comment on the investigation until it is finalised. Once all the legalities have been complied with, a report on the outcome of the investigation will be issued.
