The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa hereby invites all interested parties to a two days public hearing on the draft regulations on e-rate.
The Authority published a general notice 534 of the draft regulations on 7 December 2009 in the Government Gazette number 32789 (http://www.info.gov.za/view/DownloadFileAction?id=113835) inviting interested parties, stakeholders and the general public to make written representations on the draft regulations.
The written submissions on the draft regulations are available at the authority’s library between 09h00 to 16h30 on weekdays. The draft regulations were published in terms section 73 of the Electronic Communications Act No. 36 of 2005 in respect of e-rate.
