The ICASA hereby notifies all individual broadcasting, ECNS licensees of its intention to conduct an audit with respect to their shareholding structure.
The following information in respect of shareholding is required for this purpose:
- current shareholding structure
- percentage held by HDIs, if any
- percentage held by women, youth and persons with disabilities, if any.
Licensees are requested to furnish the Authority with relevant supporting documentation in this regard. The closing date for this submission is 30 August 2011.
