Health Minister Dr Aaron Motsoaledi and well-known surgeon Prof Sam Mokgokong left for Kimberly early today on a visit to hospitalised Northern Cape Premier Hazel Jenkins. The Premier took ill recently while she was delivering her State of the Province address in the Provincial capital.
The purpose of today's visit by the health Minister and Prof Mokgokong is to assess the condition of the Premier following a procedure that was performed on her. The Premier is being cared for at Kimberly hospital, a public facility.
