Madiba, you have inspired millions of people from all walks of life, you relentlessly fought to bring about freedom, democracy, peace and stability in our country. You have selflessly dedicated your life for a better life for all South Africans and planted a seed of reconciliation.
In thanking you for being such an inspiration, on this special day, the Legislature annually devotes 67 minutes of public service for the betterment of the lives of the people in our Province.
