Minister Simmers to commemorate the National Wills Week with a title deed handover ceremony in Hermanus.
On Friday, 15 September, the Provincial Minister of Infrastructure Tertuis Simmers, will visit the Overstrand Municipality. The Minister will be joined by the Executive Mayor Dr. Annelie Rabie, as they will begin the day with the sod turning ceremony of the Stanford housing project.
The Stanford housing project is earmarked to create 621 housing opportunities. It is expected that phase 1 of the project will realise 100 houses and will be completed before April 2024.
To conclude the National Wills Week, the Minister and the Mayor will officiate a title deed handover ceremony at the Mount Pleasant Hall in Hermanus.
