The Premier of the Northern Cape, Ms Hazel Jenkins, urges all the people of Northern Cape and South Africa in general to support and rally behind Bafana Bafana our national team, as it gears itself up to blow all its opponents away. By their tenacity and determination they will surely make all South Africans proud.
Winning the 2010 FIFA World Cup is the dream of every South African citizen. South Africans aspire to be great.
The team has really worked hard to improve the sharpness, balance and fitness of all the players. The best 23 players have been selected to represent us at the highest stage. Their performance will contribute to national pride.
