Gender Commission Equality enters as amicus curiae in the DA v RSA Government

On the 5^th December 2017, the Commission Gender Equality (CGE) has applied to the High Court of South Africa Gauteng Division, Pretoria to admitted as amicus curiae (Friend of the Court) in the DA Vs RSA Government (Grace Mugabe matter).

Having presented its arguments before the court, the CGE has been admitted as amicus curiae in the DA Vs RSA Government (Grace Mugabe matter) under case number 58755/17.
