The Gauteng Department of Housing and Local Government is calling upon community members in Soweto to urgently assist in tracking 73 missing beneficiaries whose housing subsidies have been approved in Naledi. The targeted beneficiaries were registered residents of camp one, two and three informal settlements, when feasibility studies were conducted in 2002.
The missing beneficiaries will be given a period of 14 working days to come forward.
They are advised to bring along their identity documents (ID) or relevant documentation used for the application of subsidies to the following address: 1066 Building, 15th Floor, Corner Pritchard and Harrison, Johannesburg City Centre.
