The Head of Gauteng Department of Roads and Transport, Mr Mavela Dlamini has tendered his resignation after little than a year on the position.
The Premier of Gauteng and MEC Ismail Vadi have accepted his resignation and has, in the meantime, appointed Ms Margaret-Ann Diedricks, the newly appointed Director-General of the Province as Acting Head of Department until further notice.
The Department would like to assure the public that the departure of Mr. Dlamini will not impact on our service delivery.
