The Premier of Free State, Ace Magashule would like to congratulate Mr. Mosebenzi Zwane on his new appointment as the Minister of Mineral Resources.
Mr. Zwane served as a Member of the Free State Provincial Legislature since 2009. He has served in various capacities as the MEC for Cooperative Governance, Traditional Affairs and Human Settlements. He also served as the MEC for Department of Agriculture and Rural Development as well as the Department of Economic Development, Small Businesses, Tourism and Environmental Affairs (DESTEA) in the Free State Province.
It is an honour and privilege, for me as the Premier of the Free State to have served the people of the Free State with Mr. Zwane. There is a Sotho folklore that says “Mohale o tswa maroeleng”, which means “a hero is born from humble beginnings”. His works have indeed preceded him and shown the talent that we have harnessed in our province. As the people of the Free State, we wish Mr Zwane well in his new portfolio. Free State e ya Hlasela.
