The Free State’s Department of Sport, Arts, Culture and Recreation (SACR) has been mandated by the Provincial Executive Council to establish the Free State Film Commission.
SACR would like to invite the public and interested parties to make submissions for inputs and comments on the draft discussion document which is available on the following:
- All libraries in the province
- Mmabana Cultural Centre – Thaba-nchu
- Thabong Arts and Culture Centre
- Zamdela Arts and Culture Centre
- SACR Building, c/o Henry and East Burger Streets, Bloemfontein.
All comments and inputs must be submitted in writing, to reach the department by 29 February 2012. After this consultative process, the bill will be drafted to establish the Free State Film Commission Act.
