The National Treasury has extended the date for public comment on the Financial Services Laws General Amendment Bill, 2012 ("the Bill") in response to requests from stakeholders. All interested stakeholders have until 2 May 2012 to submit their comments on the Bill.
The Bill and accompanying documents are available on the National Treasury and Financial Services Board websites. Written comments should be sent to Dr. Reshma Sheoraj at: omnibusbill@treasury.gov.za or faxed to: 012 315 5206.
