A Kwe 100 South African National Defence Force (SANDF) military vehicle, en route to the SA Army Combat Training Centre in Lohatla for Exercise Golfinho was involved in an accident with a civilian motor vehicle.
Three occupants of the civilian vehicle died in this incident and the fourth sustained serious injuries. A Board of Enquiry has been convened and the South African Police Service (SAPS) is investigating.
