Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) would like to publish an erratum on the Western Cape Quality of Service Report published on the 21 May 2014. The erratum is based on the retainability measurement information for Phase 1 in Worcester only (Page 6 of the Western Cape published report).
The original report inadvertently contained some corrupt retainability measurement data, which indicated an incorrect number of drop calls. The initial report reads:
