In its continued endeavor to develop youth and reduce unemployment, the Eastern Cape Department of Transport will be appointing 84 new interns as from 2 April 2013.
This was announced by today by Transport MEC Thandiswa Marawu when she was presenting her department’s 2013/14 policy speech at the Bhisho Legislature.
The aim of the programme is to expose young and unemployed graduates to the work environment and thus provide them with the necessary work experience.
