Eastern Cape projects win at National Govan Mbeki Awards

The awards, which celebrate the life of the struggle icon Govan Mbeki, were held at the Cape Town International Convention Centre last night on 13 August 2015.

Adding to those achievements, the Eastern Cape Province won the first prize for Social Housing for Fairview Link in Nelson Mandela Bay Metropolitan Municipality.

The competing projects won at their various provincial awards, which then qualified them to the national competition.

The Awards also help promote excellence within the Human Settlements sector in the delivery of quality human Settlements and dignity to South Africans.
