On behalf of the people of the Eastern Cape let me wish you Mr President a happy birthday. As you celebrate your 72nd birthday we wish you good health so that you can continue to lead us in the coming term of government to move South Africa forward.
There is still a huge amount of work that we still have to do to improve the lives of our people and as the Captain of our Ship; we need you healthy and energetic to lead our country in the forth coming term of government. Without a doubt a resounding victory is certain for the ANC.
Under your stewardship we have seen massive investment for in infrastructure development in our province. These investments are starting to bear fruit and are going to bringing us ever closer to our revolutionary objective of a better life for all.
We are grateful to your family for affording us an opportunity to tap into your leadership abilities.
