The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development invites interested parties to submit written comments on the proposed draft Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Related Matters) Amendment Bill.
The comments on the draft Bill must be submitted not later than 30 October 2014, marked for the attention of Mr H du Preez, and:
