Discussion document on the transformation of the judicial system and the role of the judiciary in the developmental South African State

On 4 February 1997 the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996 came into operation, symbolising the birth of a democratic South African Republic founded on the supremacy of the constitution and the rule of law. It is befitting to publish a Discussion Document on the Transformation of the Judicial System and the Role of the Judiciary in the Developmental South African State in the remembrance and celebration of the 15th anniversary of this supreme law of the Republic that positively changed the course of the South Africa’s history.
