Deputy President Kgalema Motlanthe, on Thursday, 18 April 2013 visited the family of the late Professor Bernard Magubane to pay respect to the late Professor.
Professor Magubane passed away on Friday, 12 April 2013.
The Deputy President said that the nation and the world have suffered a great loss in the passing of one of the greatest social scientists in Professor Magubane.
Deputy President Motlanthe conveyed a message of condolence to Mrs Thembi Magubane and other surviving members of the family.
