The department of Mineral Resources (DMR) notes the decision handed down, today 15 December 2011 by Judge Raymond Zondo on the Sishen Iron Ore Company (SIOC)/Imperial Crown Trading (ICT) case.
However, due to the fact that the full judgment was not released today it is not possible for the department to apply its mind on the matter and therefore determine the way forward.
We will therefore await the release of the full judgment and reasons on Tuesday as indicated by Judge Zondo at which point the DMR will study the judgment and take legal advice on how to proceed further.
