Parliament expresses its condolences on the passing of Mr Mandla (Mandlenkosi) Mbili, African National Congress Member of Parliament in the National Assembly, who died yesterday in a car accident.
Mr Mbili (48) became a Member of Parliament in 2006. He served on the Portfolio Committee on Finance and the Committee on Public Accounts (which he also served as Whip), among others.
