Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Richard Baloyi, has today paid tribute to the late queen of abaThembu NoMoscow Dalindyebo at Bumbane Palace in Umthatha, in the Eastern Cape.
Minister Baloyi has described the late Queen Mother as a true leader that has shown leadership skills and given good guidance to her community and the nation.
“ As government we share the pain and loss, we hope the family finds comfort and come to terms with the reality that there is a time for everything in life,” said Minister Baloyi.
“Queen NoMoscow ran her race in life, fought a good fight and should now be released to her loved one her late husband.”
The late Queen Mother received an official funeral after it was declared a provincial official funeral by the Presidency.
