The Department of Human Settlements would like to warn communities of the Eastern Cape against fraudulent practices by individuals or companies pretending to act on behalf of the department selling RDP homes, land or any of our products.
The department has not appointed any agency or company to recruit people for low cost homes or to sell land or space to individuals. RDP homes are not for sale, people must follow the normal process and not seek short cuts.
