The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development takes pleasure to announce the appointment of the following people to serve as Commissioners of the Vanderbijlpark Small Claims Court with effect from 22 November 2012.
Mr NM Mmoleli, Ms LB Masuku, Mr TN Twala, Mr R du Plessis, Ms MD Morudu. The Deputy Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, Mr Andries Nel, MP has welcomed this team of men and women who have joined many others to help government in its quest to make access to justice a reality and further wished them well in their new responsibilities as Commissioners.
Commissioners of Small Claims Courts are drawn from the legal professions viz; attorneys, academics, and retired judicial officers and advocates. They render their service on voluntary basis without any form of remuneration.
