President Zuma has appointed Dr Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma, Minister of Home Affairs, as Acting Minister of Arts and Culture.
The Minister-designate, Mr Paul Mashatile, will be sworn in to office on Thursday, 4 November 2010, in the evening, at the Union Buildings in Pretoria.
He was today, 2 November 2010 sworn in as a Member of Parliament. He was appointed by the President on Sunday.
Dr Joe Phaahla has replaced Mr Mashatile as Deputy Minister of Arts and Culture.
