The Provincial Minister of Cultural Affairs and Sport, Dr Ivan Meyer, will be speaking at the official launch of Library Week which is celebrated annually during the third week of March as part of the national drive to promote the information services and resources as well as reading and the benefits of literacy.
The theme for Library Week 2012 focuses on the youth hence the theme: Stay connected @ your library.
