The incoming State Visit by President João Manuel Gonçalves Lourenço, newly elected President of the Republic of Angola, to South Africa will now take place on Friday, 24 November 2017 and no longer on Thursday 23 November 2017.
The programme of the two Heads of State of South Africa and Angola who chair SADC and the SADC Troika respectively, has been affected by the decision of the SADC Organ Troika Summit today for them to travel to Zimbabwe tomorrow, 22 November.
