Minister Siyabonga Cwele represents South Africa at the inauguration of President-elect of Zimbabwe, His Excellency Mr Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa, 24 Nov

The Minister of Telecommunications and Postal Services, Dr Siyabonga Cwele will represent President Jacob Zuma at the inauguration of the President-elect of the Republic of Zimbabwe, His Excellency Mr Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa tomorrow, 24 November 2017 in Harare, Zimbabwe.

President Zuma will be hosting President João Manuel Lourenço of the Republic of Angola for his first State Visit to South Africa, tomorrow on the day of the inauguration.
The President has congratulated His Excellency Mr Mnangagwa and wished him well during their meeting in Pretoria on Wednesday 22 November 2017, ahead of his return to Harare.

President Zuma has also extended his good wishes to former President Robert Mugabe and emphasised that his contribution to the liberation of the Southern African region and the decolonisation of the continent in general will always be acknowledged and celebrated.
