The Eastern Cape Executive Council will tomorrow Wednesday, 27 July 2011 give an update on the implementation of the turnaround plans for the Departments of Health and Education.
The two departments have been given special attention by the provincial government because of the huge challenges they have been facing over a considerable space of time. The turnaround plan has started to yield some fruits. The Premier is inviting the media to share this work in progress.
