University of Zululand (Unizulu) to receive bus from Department of Transport at spring graduation ceremony

University of Zululand, 15 September, 2010. The University of Zululand spring graduation ceremony takes place on the morning of Saturday, 18 September and will culminate in the presentation to Unizulu of a bus by national Transport Minister, Sibusiso Ndebele.

Minister Ndebele, who is also Chancellor of Unizulu, will first cap some 600 graduands from the faculties of commerce, administration and law, science and agriculture, arts and education with their bachelor, honours, Masters and Doctoral degrees.

Guest speaker at the graduation ceremony will be Madam Justice Baratang Constance Mocumie, judge of the Free State High Court in Bloemfontein. Justice Mocumie, who is an alumnus of Unizulu, is also the President of the South African Chapter of the International Association of Women Judges.
