The Department of Transport has identified and committed October as Transport Month. This is an annual event which, provincial departments responsible for transport make use of the opportunity to show case the different transport programmes and projects in their respective provinces, and highlight the importance of transport in society.
The MEC for Transport, Safety and Liaison, Honourable Patrick Mabilo, will be launching the Northern Cape 2011 October Transport Month on 06 October 2011, Groblershoop T – Junction (N8 and N10) at 11h00.
