Transport Minister Ben Martins will on Wednesday, deliver a keynote address at the South Africa Maritime Industry Conference scheduled as follows:

The ultimate aim of the conference is to provide a unique opportunity for government and maritime industry players to come together with the purpose of elevating the maritime agenda to a national discourse. The Minister will also launch the First-ever Dedicated maritime Training Ship in South Africa. The media is invited to a briefing immediately following official launch of the Dedicated Training Ship.
